TeaTiamo vibrator

Our customer wanted a vibrator inside the wooden dildo and we set out to solve the challenge. 

The challenge in the work was the curved shape of the designer dildo, which meant that the electronics could not simply be installed inside the wooden piece. The solution was to make the Vibrator from two parts and glue the pieces together before finishing and surface treatment.

We first tried prototyping with a small Arduino-based board and a motor controller prototype. When we determined that the solution worked, we made a circuit board that caressed the shape of the vibrator, with embedded software. 

In addition, capacitive touch control was used to control the vibrator. By touching the brass knob, the intensity of the vibrator can be adjusted.

Another special feature of the vibrator is wireless charging. This means that the vibrator can be charged at the same Qi wireless charging station as the phone.
